At BhaChaVi, we strive to deliver freshly roasted, premium-quality coffee to your doorstep.
Your satisfaction means everything to us โ€” and while coffee is a perishable product, we do our best to ensure a smooth and fair return experience.


โ˜• 1. Return Eligibility

Because coffee is a fresh consumable product, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received an item with quality issues verified by our team.

To be eligible, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.


๐Ÿ“ฆ 2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used coffee packs.

  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes.

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will initiate a bank transfer or wallet credit.

  • In case of partial refunds, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

If you received a wrong or damaged product, weโ€™ll happily send a replacement at no additional cost.
